RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation (if applicable)
Art by Broti makes each art product especially for you once you place an order. We start the production process as soon as you place your order. Each art product is uniquely produced. Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded for production, we only accept cancellations within 1 day (24 hrs) of order placement. Contact us with your order number and we'll cancel it right away. After this time period all sales are final. In case of an order being cancelled, we shall refund the order amount within 5-7 business days of order cancellation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at work@wedefine.co . If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, Art by Broti will not accept a return, exchange, or refund of the item. The prohibition only covers defective, or damaged goods. Art by Broti has the right to decline returning or refunding. Please note that customers are responsible for the fees involved for returning items, unless stated otherwise. Please be aware that our production unit is in Mumbai, India, so if this request is placed out of our office hours, we will look into it as soon as we are available.
